TelMD charges patients $55 per 15 minutes for live video appointments ($220 per hour). 100% of this fee is paid to the practitioner and practitioners are paid weekly. TelMD charges practitioners a service fee of $11 per 15 minutes for live video appointments ($44 per hour). TelMD also collects a $3 booking fee for in-office appointments scheduled through the TelMD platform.

Yes. You create your own schedule and accept and book online and offline appointments with the convenient appointment calendar.

You are free to accept or decline any request for your services.

TelMD does not accept medical insurance. Your office is responsible for verifying insurance coverage and requesting authorizations for any in-person appointments scheduled via TelMD.
