Sun Exposure Reduces Depression// Safe sun exposure reduces depression and increases vitamin D levels. In this video, I share the results of a study that links depression and vitamin D levels and shows that sun exposure improves depression. I also discuss how to get safe sun exposure, and what to do during the winter to improve seasonal affective disorder symptoms, including sun lamp therapy and safe tanning bed use.
